Membership

Any dancer who wants to participate in the battles and/or workshops must become a member of Breaking Vlaanderen.


Membership fee = breaking licence: 25 euro's/pp

Valid for: Legacy League, Belgian Champs, Idea Box, Breaking Blocks workshops, and all other breaking activities organised by Breaking Vlaanderen.



This way, you are insured and have FREE access to all Breaking Vlaanderen's activities

Beginner category

WHO

All dancers from Belgium and beyond who are younger than or born in 2010

CONCEPT = 1 ON 1

The Legacy League has chosen to launch the following concept for beginner breakers. We are convinced that as a result, novice breakers will develop better and faster as a dancer and will get more in touch with the Hip Hop culture. Every novice dancer will first follow a 1-hour workshop on the battle, to do 2 battles after this workshop. These battles are determined by drawing lots, and in each battle you dance 2 runs. At the end of the day, each dancer has danced 2 battles and received 1 hour of workshop. There is no final winner, the goal is to gain experience and be able to battle against kidz from other cities. No ranking is made for the beginners.

AGE CATEGORIES

Categories for beginner breakers:

  • U14 beginner 1on1: birth years 2010-2011-2012
  • U11 beginner 1on1: birth years 2013 and younger

The battles are 'open' = participants from outside Belgium can also participate in The Legacy League

What will change? From this year on there will be no VK for beginners. Only the PRO kidz can qualify .
